Recipe: Shell Soup.

“I serve with cheese cubes and sesame crackers!”


  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup small shells
  • 3 large grated carrots
  • 1 onion, finely chopped


  • Sauté the vegetables in a little butter.
  • Add broth and tomato paste.
  • When it’s simmering add the shells.
  • Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.
