“I serve with cheese cubes and sesame crackers!”
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup small shells
- 3 large grated carrots
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Sauté the vegetables in a little butter.
- Add broth and tomato paste.
- When it’s simmering add the shells.
- Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.
